FUTSAL @ MONTESSORI GYM

One of our most popular programs! Sunday Futsal is a 5v5 format (4 field players + a goalkeeper) Games are 40 mins long and are played with a heavier low bounce ball. Futsal is a fast pace game that provides the opportunity to improve player's decision making skills, more touches on the ball, confidence in 1v1 situations, and is loads of fun!

Speed & agility will work on your ability to stop, start, & change direction with and without the ball.

3 V 3 @ MONTESSORI GYM

Why 3v3? It provides players more opportunities to get touches on the ball while increasing spacial awareness and decision making. It offers constant transition from attack to defense with increased 1 vs 1 encounters that will improve ball skills. 3v3 is also a lot of FUN!

SUMMIT TRAINING @ MONTESSORI GYM

Are you aiming to keep sharp on the ball, as well as your fitness, in the off season? Well we have you covered for this Winter! With this 6 session format, we are giving players the opportunity to stay sharp individually in their technical, tactical, and physical preparation. Run by SSC Staff members, this is an hour of intense training for the player looking to get thousands of touches.

Goalkeeper training will focus on footwork and handling, shot stopping and shot handling, 1v1s and breakaways, highballs, distribution, and so much more!

Winter Adult Futsal options: There will be 2 sessions, one after New Years running 1/10- 2/14 and one running during the March/April timeframe. (dates coming soon)
